With Opening Day just around the corner a run to the local beer store was in order. While perusing the selection of fine craft brews I came across 4 Hands Guava King. The bright colors of the can caught my eye, so I decided to give Guava a try.
The PineCast is back. We had a slight delay due to one member’s trip to Colorado early in the week, but we’re back in full force. We’ve got Spring Training behind us and we’re better than ever.
This weeks topics include the Cardinals official opening to Spring Training, the Blues bouncing back from a tough loss to Dallas, the Rams restructuring Sam Bradford’s contract, and the state of college basketball in Missouri. We’ve also got some taste tests of Crooked Stave’s Vielle, a sour beer from Denver and Oshie O’s.
Steve and Jason also continue their insight into the past week’s episode of The Bachelor and the guys cover the SNL 40th Anniversary.
This is the first episode of The PineCast. Think of this as your introductory to The PineCast. A little sampler of what to expect as we fine tune our ramblings before things really get good.
Not saying this isn’t excellent.
We call out Stan Kroenke and John Goodman. David personally challenges them to tweet at him @dre711.
We cover everything from the upcoming Cardinals seasons, the new NFL stadium for the St. Louis or possibly Los Angeles Rams or another NFL team, the St. Louis Blues mini-skid after their 13 game streak, all the way to the Bachelor and that lady that probably murdered her husband.
The PineCast is a weekly podcast about sports, games, beer, TV, movies, and mostly sports.
The Blues are hosting the Los Angeles Kings in the playoffs for the second straight year, and we’re helping out the only way we know how, by drinking. Lots.

Let’s get right into things.
