NFL Picks Week Fifteen

The Philadelphia Eagles established their dominance in the NFC with a home win against the Rams in LA. But in the process they lost Carson Wentz to a knee injury. One thing the Rams didn’t lose after the Jeff Fisher era was a knack for injuring quarterbacks.

Of course as Case Keenum and Jared Goff have shown this year perhaps a quarterback shouldn’t be judged by his time with the Rams. Which is a good sign for the Eagles backup Nick Foles who will be thrust into the starting gig for a playoff run.

NFL Picks Week Ten

Sam Bradford is back to the IR. He almost made it to week 10 before being shut down for the season this year. A lot of QBs are getting hurt this season. Deshaun Watson, Aaron Rodgers, Andrew Luck, Carson Palmer, and Ryan Tannehill will miss the majority of the season. While Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston will miss time.

NFL Picks Week Seven

Our unanimous decision that the Carolina Panthers would beat the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday Night Football last week proved the power of the View From The Pine Unanimous Seal of Approval of DEATH! The Panthers loss moved us to 1-4 on the season when collectively agreeing on a winner in our Game of the Week. Maybe this week we can use our powers for good and cause the Patriots to lose. Find out inside!

Mizzou and Kansas basketball will be reigniting the Border War for an exhibition game to raise money for disaster relief on October 22nd at the Sprint Center. I have to imagine Mizzou’s offseason was a big part in making this happen. It should be a fun game and an early taste of the completely revamped Mizzou basketball squad.
